Manufacturer warranties

All products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please feel free to call or email us if you have any questions about a specific manufacturer's warranty.

We will exchange any item which proves to be defective within the first 30 days from the date of sale at no charge. Please call for a "Return Material Authorization" number (RMA#) before sending any item back. After 30 days the manufacturers warranty applies, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for instructions.

You may also exchange any new and unopened item within 30 days from the date of sale as well. Please call for a "Return Material Authorization" number (RMA#) before sending any item back to www.Waterwakes.com.
