Shipping and Delivery
To keep our prices as low as possible, we often ship directly
from our suppliers, which means expedited delivery to our customers.
Most orders ship within 1 business day, and generally, it takes
1-3 business days for transit time. For example, if you order
on a Monday, your order usually ships on Tuesday and depending
on where you live, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days
from the day it shipped. If you request 2nd Day or Next Day shipping,
your order will still ship within 1 business day from the day
ordered.
Alaska and Hawaii
All orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via US Mail and
may take an extra few days for delivery, unless 2nd Day or Next
Day shipping is chosen when checking out. An additional $17.50
per shipment is added to all Alaska and Hawaii orders.
Military Addresses
All orders being shipped to APO, FPO etc. addresses, will require
an additional $12.50 in shipping charges.
We do not accept international orders at this time.
Tracking
All customers who place orders online will automatically receiving
shipment and tracking notification via email after shipment has
been made. In addition customers who place phone orders can also
receive the shipment and tracking information if you supply an
email address. Please tell your salesperson if you would like
this sent.
Policies
For security and protection the following shipping policies
apply to orders shipped inside the US.
• All next day air shipments are sent "signature required"
• All high value shipments are sent "signature required"
• High value items (over $500.) may only be shipped to the
credit cards billing address unless an alternate address is added
on file with your credit card company. Please call us if you have
questions.
• We cannot specify for UPS to leave a box at your house
if you are not home, it is up to the drivers discretion. We ask
that you leave a note for the UPS driver if you will not be home
when your shipment arrives.
• We can put notes such as "deliver to back door"
on the shipping label, please put these in the special instructions
box on your order form, or tell your salesperson.
Lost/damaged shipments
If you should receive a shipment from the Waterwakes Store that
has been damaged in shipping please call us right away! Any claim
must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
In addition, if you believe your shipment is lost, please call
us right away so we can start a tracer with UPS and resolve it
for you as quickly as possible. Tracers generally take 3-5 days
to complete.
