Return Policy

We are totally committed to your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price up to 30 days from your order date.

Simply email us at sales@waterwakes.com with the reason for your return within 30 days. We will then issue a "Return Material Authorization" Number (RMA#) via email for you to print and include with your return. All we ask is that you pay the return shipping cost. Once received, we will promptly issue a full credit, less shipping charges. NOTE: ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER

Return policy applies to products in new condition, in the original container and unopened merchandise only. No returns accepted on used or on used damaged merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of sale.

Refunds

Refunds will be made within 7 business days after receiving the item at our warehouse. Refunds are issued in the same method of payment as the original order. If you ordered by credit card we will be calling you for your credit card information to issue credit on your card number. We do not store any credit card information in databases. That is the reason we are calling you again for the refund information.
